Admission Process

 

The Montessori School St. Clair was founded as a non-profit educational facility open to anyone, regardless of race, creed and color.
We ask parents who are interested in the Montessori School St Clair to first tour and observe a class in session. (When observing our class, we ask that you do not bring your child. Your child may come at a later date.) An appointment may be made by calling Mrs. Sharkey the Administrator of the school ( 6182354289) to make an appointment. Appointments are usually 9:30 am Tuesday through Thursday.
All information about our school is located online but when you observe, you will be given an information packet. This packet contains Statement of Fees  and information about The Montessori School St Clair as well as the application.  Applications may be printed from this site as well.
Upon the receipt of the application and the $25.00 application fee, the parents will be notified of acceptance and enrollment. When space is available the Administrator will email you with the  Acceptance letter requesting that you send in your child’s registration fee ($150.00).
Upon the receipt of the Registration Fee, your child’s Entrance date will be set to begin school at the Montessori School St. Clair. Tuition Agreement, Emergency Care Form, Transportation Form, Health Form and many other forms will be emailed to you for completion at that time.
The signed Tuition agreement along with tuition payments  constitutes an agreement with the school for your child’s education at the Montessori School St. Clair.

Application fees and Registration fees are non-refundable.
